Our European Itinerary
Updated: Dec 28, 2021
Since this is our first time in Europe, we knew we wanted to cover a lot of ground and visit multiple countries. We knew we didn't want to rush and gave ourselves enough time to explore each place with enough down time to just go with the flow. We are giving ourselves 8 weeks to do just that!
Before we even started, we knew we wanted to see Ireland and Italy. Sam and I both have a strong Irish heritage, a love for beer (we even had a beer unity ceremony in our wedding) and we own a small plot of land and wanted to see it in person. Italy was another place we knew we wanted to go, one because PASTA and two, it has been my dream since I was 12 years old and took Italian as a second language.
After much research we finally landed on an Itinerary for our big adventure. Our stops are below listed with just a few of the things we'll be exploring while we're there!
